How it works
1. Walkthrough. We visit your site, look at what's actually there, and talk about what matters to you.
2. Fixed quote and checklist. You get a price and a written list of exactly what gets done each visit.
3. Regular cleans. The same crew, on your schedule, signed off each visit.
4. Adjust as you go. Needs change. Tell us and we'll change the checklist — no renegotiation drama.
Periodic extras
Jobs that don't need doing weekly, but do need doing. We quote these separately — either as a one-off or scheduled into your year so they don't get forgotten.
Window cleaning
Internal and external glass, frames and tracks. Most offices book this quarterly — it's the thing clients notice from the car park before they've even walked in.
Steam carpet cleaning
Hot water extraction for office carpet, workstations and common areas. Twice a year keeps traffic lanes from setting in permanently — and it's cheaper than replacing carpet early.
Questions we get asked
How do you handle keys and after-hours access?
However you're comfortable. Some clients give us a key or fob, some use a lockbox, some let us in and lock up themselves the first few times until they're happy. We'll work to whatever your building and your insurer require.
What happens if someone on your team is sick?
We're a small team, which means we know your site and we cover each other. You get told if there's a change — you won't just find a stranger in your office or a clean that didn't happen.
Are you insured?
Yes — Workers Compensation and Public Liability. We can provide our certificates of currency before we start, which is what most building managers and head contractors ask for.
What accreditations does your team hold?
White card (construction induction), asbestos awareness and silica awareness across the team, plus current first aid certification. We're ABN registered — 47 707 049 641.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
Not to start. Ongoing office cleaning begins with a one-month trial — no commitment, so you can see the work before you decide anything. If you're happy, we move to a 12-month agreement with 60 days notice either way. One-off cleans and periodic work don't need any of that; you just book them.
What if we're not happy during the trial?
Then you walk away and you owe us nothing beyond the cleans we've done. That's the point of the trial — we'd rather find out in month one than have you stuck with us and unhappy.
Can you clean outside business hours?
That's how most of our office work runs — early mornings or evenings, so nobody's working around a vacuum. We'll fit your building's access hours.
What if something gets missed?
Call and tell us. Every clean works off a checklist for your site, so we can see what was signed off and fix it. That's the point of the checklist.
Do you supply consumables?
We can — soap, paper, bin liners, sanitiser — or restock what you buy yourself, whichever works out better for you. We'll talk through it at the walkthrough.
