- Windows, tracks and frames detailed inside and out
- Fixtures, fittings, skirtings and joinery wiped down
- Bathrooms and kitchens brought to occupation standard
- Floors vacuumed, mopped and finished
- Offcuts and debris cleared to your bins
Progressive cleans
Cleaning as you go costs less than cleaning at the end, and keeps the site safe and workable for the trades in between.
- Rough cleans between trade stages
- Debris and waste clearance on a set schedule

Tickets and compliance
Everyone who comes onto your site holds the accreditations the work requires.
- White card accredited (construction induction)
- Asbestos awareness trained

- Current first aid certification on the team
- Workers Compensation & Public Liability insured
- Site inductions completed as required
Working with your program
We work to your dates, not ours — early starts, after hours, or weekends if that's what handover needs. Site inductions are no problem, and our crews are fully insured and work to your site's safety requirements.

Window cleaning
Full glass detail for handover — including the render splatter, stickers and adhesive residue that a standard clean leaves behind.
High pressure water cleaning
Hardstand, driveways, paths, external walls and paving. Clears the concrete slurry, mortar splash and site grime that makes a finished build still look unfinished.
